Can I add Echo to a meeting (Google Calendar, Zoom, etc)?

At the moment, Echo does not directly integrate with meeting platforms like Google Calendar, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

How to use Echo during meetings

You can still use Echo during meetings by recording audio through your device’s microphone..

• Open Echo before or during your meeting

• Start a recording

• Place your device near the conversation

If your meeting is happening on another device (such as a laptop), place your phone close to the speakers so voices are clearly captured.

Echo records sound through your device’s microphone. It does not connect directly to meeting platforms.

Important limitations

• Echo cannot join meetings automatically

• It does not connect directly to Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams

• It cannot capture audio directly from these platforms

Best practices

For better results during meetings:

• Use a separate device for your meeting when possible

• Keep your phone close to the speakers

• Minimize background noise
